Property Operations Manager-Jackson Hole
Jane overseas Jackson Hole Executive Services and JHES global's Jackson Hole property operations, coordinates maintenance schedules and the day-to-day care of clients' homes, vehicles, and lifestyle needs. Working closely with Travis McGill and trusted service providers, she keeps each property prepared, priorities organized, and details attended to. Her role supports a seamless ownership experience through attentive coordination, discretion, and thoughtful personal service.
Lisa Romanowski
Property and private client services-West Bank division
Lisa Romanowski supports the West Bank division of Jackson Hole Executive Services, bringing familiarity with large estates and ranch properties to her work. Her responsibilities encompass property inspections, seasonal turnover, home preparation, provisioning, transportation and logistics, and personalized private client services. She also maintains detailed client preference sheets, helping ensure each residence is prepared with its owners' individual needs in mind. Through thoughtful coordination and meticulous attention to detail, Lisa supports seamless seasonal transitions and a welcoming arrival.
Jeff Romanowski
Aquatics and Grounds Manager
Jeff Romanowski leads the aquatics division of Jackson Hole Executive Services, overseeing the care and maintenance of waterways, ponds, and water features across client properties. His responsibilities also include landscape maintenance and improvements, groundskeeping support and oversight, and the seasonal preparation and care of recreational equipment, including boats, kayaks, and water sports gear. With a hands-on approach and close attention to each property's needs, Jeff supports well maintained outdoor environments and responds to a variety of client request helping ensure properties are ready for enjoyment throughout the seasons.
Chef Annamarie Greco
Director of Culinary Experiences
Chef Annamarie leads culinary experiences for JHES Global under the direction of Travis McGill, bringing Michelin-starred restaurant experience and a thoughtful, personal approach to private dining. She earned her associates degree in culinary arts in 2012 before continuing her training in England at a five-star hotel and Michelin-starred restaurant, working under French Chefs. She then spent four years refining her craft at two Michelin-starred restaurants in California's wine country, developing a foundation in precision, technique, and refined hospitality. Today, Annamarie brings that experience to bespoke culinary occasions tailored to each client's tastes, preferences, and setting. From intimate dinners to special celebrations, her approach reflects the JHES Global commitment to exceptional care, thoughtful execution, and exceeding expectations.
